Clean Cuts Interactive’s Sound Design Among *29* Wins for Asgard’s Wrath 2 at 2024 NYX Game Awards
The accolades keep pouring in for Asgard’s Wrath 2! This time, our friends at Sanzaru Games and Oculus Studios took home an impressive 29 awards at the 2024 Season 1 NYX Game Awards, including Gold for Best Audio Design. Clean Cuts Interactive was proud to provide custom sound design and implementation for this epic Meta Quest VR title. The full list of awards is available here.
Over four years in the making, a team of seven Clean Cuts Interactive sound designers spent thousands of hours creating, crafting, and implementing the custom sound design for this landmark title. From unique weapons to signature sounds, boss monsters to tailored spells & abilities: You hear it, we touched it.
According to their website, “The NYX Game Awards is conducted by International Awards Associate Inc (IAA). IAA’s goal is to provide affordable, independent competitions on an international stage that are respected as fair and open to all, regardless of company size or bottom line.”
Earlier this year, Asgard’s Wrath 2 won big at the 27th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards, including Immersive Reality Game of the Year.
