Three Seas, an established collective of industry-leading creative companies, is looking for an Associate Producer to join our team! This Associate Producer is responsible for performing routine office administration, managing post-production, animation, audio, gaming and music projects and assisting with live-action production.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop the ability to estimate projects for clients, including review and follow-up. Learn how to address budget concerns through creative problem-solving.
- Develop the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deliverables and due dates:
- Create client-facing project schedules
- managing project goals and work flow from inception to final delivery
- ensure proper deliverables and deadlines are met
- Manage internal scheduling of staff Editors, Designers, Animators, and Engineers, to meet project needs.
- Learn to facilitate external scheduling of freelancers, outside studios, remote and in studio voice-over talent, translations, captioning, trafficking and any other outside vendor needs.
- Clearly communicate project estimates, schedules and progress, with clients on a daily and weekly basis.
- Effectively communicate project details, needs, expectations and schedule with staff Editors, Designers, Animators, and Engineers; ensure project assets are properly collected and available.
- Attend daily producer’s meetings, weekly company meetings, and monthly departmental meetings.
- Learn to track and maintain working project budgets, review and approve timesheets, actualize and bill projects upon completion.
- Facilitate voice-over casting for union and non-union talent:
- learn appropriate talent rates and usage
- communicate casting calls with external agencies and/or through our internal database
- collect and edit auditions, and create client facing audition link for review
- coordinate booking and record session, coordinate necessary materials, and execute final billing of talent
- Work with Office Production Assistant to help maintain office operations and administrative tasks as needed:
- manage front desk – answer phones, receive/sort/distribute deliveries and mail
- greet and attend to clients and talent needs when they are in the office; coordinate lunch orders
- monitor Producer emails when out
- Respond to inquiries and/or refer to appropriate department/manager
- Conduct music searches (popular music and stock music), and stock footage searches (video and still).
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients for Three Seas, Inc. including follow up with clients after projects are completed.
- Mentor with Executive Producer, Senior Producers and Business Development department to learn how to pursue new business for Three Seas, Inc.
- Maintain accurate information in company databases (i.e. – Hubspot, Mothership, Interdubs, Google Docs).
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
